Refund policy
At Prisil, each piece of silver jewellery is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves us. Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict policy to ensure product authenticity and quality for all customers.
All purchases made on the Prisil website are considered final sale.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed and shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review a damage claim, we require:
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging it arrived in
• A short video clearly showing the damage
Once the evidence is reviewed and verified, Prisil may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you believe you received an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier service. Prisil is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external logistics factors.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the matter and determine a resolution.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment after it has been dispatched, the order will still be considered completed. Shipping charges, duties, and return courier fees will not be refunded.
SILVER OXIDATION
Silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air, moisture, and skin chemistry. This is a normal characteristic of real silver and is not considered a defect.
Customers are encouraged to follow the jewellery care instructions provided with each order.
PRODUCT VARIATION
Many Prisil pieces are handcrafted or made using traditional methods. Minor variations in finish, texture, or shape are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery and should not be considered defects.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Prisil reserves the right to decline claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the provided evidence.
Accounts that repeatedly request claims without valid documentation may be restricted from future purchases.
