Do you offer international shipping?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping partner.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Prisil piece is carefully prepared and shipped with attention, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it and include a few photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll review the situation and make sure it is resolved appropriately.
